Carly Coleman

International Coach & Founder of Crest View Coaching

Hello! My name is Carly Coleman, and I am a life, behavioral, and business coach based in the Netherlands. I am the founder of Crest View Coaching, an independent, international practice dedicated to partnering with clients around the world.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles) and began my career as an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) coach at PCH Treatment Center, a residential facility specializing in anxiety, OCD, depression, and related disorders. Under the supervision of Clinical Director Christopher Mulligan, I trained in evidence-based methods, provided psychoeducation and emotional regulation support, and later advanced to Lead Coach, overseeing and mentoring colleagues. Alongside my leadership role, I also established a private coaching practice, which confirmed my passion for supporting clients beyond the clinical setting. I also pursued Master’s-level training in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, where I deepened my understanding of psychological theory, therapeutic methods, and professional ethics. Though I ultimately chose to focus fully on coaching, my graduate studies continue to inform the depth and sensitivity I bring to my practice.

My extensive education in psychology and continuing endeavors in coaching are motivated by several aspects of my life: my mission to provide guidance and instill hope within people, my personal experience with receiving coaching and recognizing its benefits, and my existing work with clients that has shown me how impactful coaching can be for individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and identities.

In 2025, I relocated to the Netherlands to expand my coaching internationally, registering Crest View Coaching with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. I am currently completing my Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) designation through Erickson Coaching International and accruing hours toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
