Passionate about the effectiveness of coaching, Carly herself  has gained much insight into the benefits of receiving guidance with emotional regulation, gaining self-trust, moving towards her goals with support, and having a safe space to explore.  Carly’s focus with Crest View Coaching is to ensure that her clients individual’s journey is incredibly unique and complex, and that “one size doesn’t fit all.” She works with her clients to listen intently to their needs, recognize and embrace who they are, and be ready to approach every individual with a personalized plan. Now as a business owner, she looks forward to providing her current and future clients with a similar empowering experience to create optimal and unique coaching experiences that are driven by the client.

Currently based near Amsterdam in the Netherlands, all of her sessions and work are conducted remotely but is in the process of creating workshops that will be held both virtually and in-person. All her emerging work is designed to provide empirically-supported and personal insight into popular issues and interests, such as executive functioning support, navigating being a young, female EXPAT, and emotional regulation tools applicable to relationships.
