Carly Coleman
Internationally Certified Coach & Founder of Crest View Coaching
Background & Training
-
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles).
-
I began my career as an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) coach at PCH Treatment Center, a residential facility specializing in anxiety, OCD, depression, and related disorders.
-
Under the supervision of Clinical Director Christopher Mulligan, I trained in evidence-based methods, provided psychoeducation and emotional regulation support, and later advanced to Lead Coach, overseeing and mentoring colleagues.
-
Alongside my leadership role, I established a private coaching practice, which confirmed my passion for supporting clients beyond the clinical setting.
-
I pursued Master’s-level training in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, where I deepened my understanding of psychological theory, therapeutic methods, and professional ethics. Though I ultimately chose to focus fully on coaching, my graduate studies continue to inform the depth and sensitivity I bring to my practice.
Motivation
-
My extensive education in psychology and continuing endeavors in coaching are motivated by several aspects of my life: my mission to provide guidance and instill hope within people, my personal experience with receiving coaching and recognizing its benefits, and my existing work with clients that has shown me how impactful coaching can be for individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and identities.
Qualifications
-
In 2025, I relocated to the Netherlands to expand my coaching internationally, registering Crest View Coaching with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
-
I am an Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) and received my extensive education and training through Erickson Coaching International.
-
As of March 2026, I am officially an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

With every client I form a relationship with, I aim to demonstrate transparency, authenticity, and trustworthiness. My aim is not to change you; rather, to assist in elevating you in the pursuit of your goals. Reaching new heights allows you to perceive your circumstances from a bird’s-eye view and evaluate which direction you want to take yourself to achieve them. With coaching, you can learn helpful tools and gain insights into your journey that enable you to make informed choices, experience empowerment, and discover more about yourself.

What Is Coaching?

You remain the leader of your own journey, while I support you in unlocking your full potential.
