Group Coaching

While workshops provide members with an introduction to group work, group coaching specifically dives deeper into the elements of collaboration, co-learning, and shared interests over a longer period of time (typically 4-6 months). With group coaching, individual members are additionally challenged to practice vulnerability and transparency to the rest of the group, which consequently creates a safe and unique space for all members to navigate the subjects introduced to them. While sharing similar qualities to group therapy, group coaching is not intended to provide support in the same way as group therapy led by a licensed clinical counselor does; the aim is not to address deeper interpersonal challenges or highlight the experience of a specific mental health issue, but rather to create a shared space for people with similar goals, and potentially similar roadblocks, to discover the path to success with the assistance of likeminded individuals with them.
