The Basics
At its core, coaching is a partnership designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. As the International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines it, coaching fosters self-awareness, builds confidence, and creates accountability so you can take meaningful action toward your goals. As your coach, I’m an active partner in this process; my directive is helping you strengthen what’s already within you, navigate challenges, and achieve both personal and professional growth. You remain the leader of your own journey, while I support you in unlocking your full potential.
